La sua progettazione e fabbricazione sono realizzate tramite lavorazione CNC dell'alluminio con trattamento di anodizzazione dura per una maggiore durata, oltre a una migliore lubrificazione e raffreddamento.
È progettato per un'installazione facile e veloce (Plug&Play), rimuovendo i dischi frizione originali e inserendoli nella frizione JCosta.
