Resized TMAX 530 & 560 variator pack

Here is the racing variator machined for performance for TMAX 530 and 560 modified by the Italian preparer Marvin Lab.

The resized variator allows you to get all the quintessence of the variation system. The objective is to win at low and high revs.

Based on the Malossi MHR NEXT, the most advanced sports variator on the market in terms of reliability and performance, the measurements were studied at length and then reworked on a power bench , pushing the general public sports variator to the competition side.

This modification allows for a greater range of variation since the roller will obtain a better amplitude , for better performance . The belt also goes lower.

As the variator is optimized as much as possible, we advise you not to lighten the rollers too much, and to change them more frequently.

It is recommended to combine the recut variator and the fixed cheek so that the belt descends evenly. Otherwise, premature wear on one side of the belt may occur.
