The reshaped variator allows you to extract the full essence of the variation system. The goal is to gain power at both low and high RPM.

Based on the Malossi MHR NEXT, the most advanced sport variator on the market in terms of reliability and performance, the measurements were carefully studied and then refined on a dynamometer, pushing the consumer sport variator towards competition level.

This modification provides a wider variation range since the roller achieves a better amplitude, for improved efficiency. The belt also moves lower.

The variator being optimized to the maximum, we advise not to lighten the rollers too much and to replace them more frequently.

It is recommended to combine the reshaped variator and the fixed face so that the belt descends evenly. Otherwise, premature wear on one side of the belt may occur.
