Malossi MHR Multivar Next sport variator for TMAX

To renew the transmission system as well as exploit its exceptional technical characteristics, the variator has been perfected: the Multivar MHR Next. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, born from the experience acquired on the circuits, it allows performance to be achieved at the highest levels.

The movable half-pulley is the characterizing component of the entire system and is therefore subject to constant evolution. Designed with a larger diameter than the original, it provides a considerably greater transmission ratio excursion than the original pulley.

The exchange curve highlights the further enlargement of the operating range of the variator, in particular the short speed, gaining even more acceleration and recovery as well as improving the linearity of exchange, keeping the speed almost unchanged of the motor during the entire phase.
