Malossi TMAX 530 variator (12-16)

Malossi MHR Multivar Next variator for TMAX 530 from 2012 to 2016.

To renew the transmission system and exploit its exceptional technical characteristics, the variator has been improved: the Multivar MHR Next. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, born from experience gained on the circuits, it allows to achieve performance at the highest levels.

The movable half-pulley is the defining component of the entire system and is therefore subject to constant evolution. Designed with a larger diameter than the original, it allows for a significantly greater excursion of the transmission ratio than the original pulley.

The changeover curve highlights the further expansion of the variator's operating range, particularly the low speed, gaining even more acceleration and responsiveness, as well as improving changeover linearity, keeping the engine speed almost unchanged throughout the phase.
