Here is the machined sport counter pulley for the modified performance TMAX 530 And 560 by the Italian tuner Marvin Lab based on Malossi.

This reshaped part allows the belt to move further down, thus improving performance.

Based on Malossi, the most advanced sport variation system on the market in terms of reliability and performance, the measurements were extensively studied and then reworked on a dynamometer, pushing the fixed sport clutch for the general public towards the competition side.

The fixed pulley must be used with its modified variator to ensure the belt descends evenly. Otherwise, premature wear on one side of the belt may occur.
