The use of the new O2 controller allows the management of carburation in the area where the Lambda sensor controls the air-fuel mixture ratio to be delivered into the combustion chamber. This device can operate the lambda sensor at a value different from the stoichiometric value, enriching the A/F ratio (air/fuel ratio) to improve torque and power while respecting the engine's DNA.

Complete carburation control is achieved by combining the O2 controller and the Force Master unit. The synergy between these two devices has no limits; the consumption pattern is managed, controlled, and optimized, regardless of the development stage proposed by Malossi.

The evolution of engine control systems over recent years has led to the design of this new version. The simulation of the Lambda sensor signals now perfectly matches the original sensor, but its design has been refined and enriched with an essential optical interface, simulating the real operation of the device.

The Power LED allows monitoring of the power supply, while the other two LEDs show the carburation ratio. When the vehicle is started, the Power LED and the Rich LED (rich carburation) light up. After a warming period of the sensor, if the system is in the closed-loop control zone of the lambda sensor, the Rich and Lean LEDs light up alternately. This behavior highlights the correct operation of the device through continuous calibration of the A/F ratio.
