The distinctive feature of this LED turn signal is the transparent light disc on a compact aluminum base that ends harmoniously with the handle at the end of the handlebar.

Our third turn signal utilizes the new TranzLight Technology (TLT, patent pending). This progressive development approach goes beyond simply miniaturizing the turn signal housings; it directly shapes the light through a crystalline plastic body. This new design and its functionality are only possible thanks to precise optical calculations using CAD and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.

The intensiLED® process, developed by motogadget, consists of
three important components:

High-performance LEDs selected with maximum efficiency and a total power of 7W for a lifespan of over 50,000 hours
a constant current regulation, clocked at 330 kHz and controlled by an integrated circuit
a special collimating optic that precisely couples the LED light into the plastic body
The discreet aluminum casing now serves only to securely hold the glass body and house the control electronics and high-end LEDs. Naturally, the casing is CNC machined and anodized in black or
Mirror polished and finely laser-engraved.

Motogadget flashing handlebar ends have an E-mark, being approved as front turn signals according to the ECE standard.
