MHR Intake Horns are the crowning achievement of the already very rich Malossi kit for TMAX 530.

Engines are designed by men and, perhaps that is why they resemble us in some way. Breathing, in fact, is one of the most important parts of sporting activity therefore, in return, a correct admission of air into an engine represents one of the fundamental points on which to work.

Malossi has designed from scratch the MHR Intake Horns, the pair of horns intended for Yamaha TMAX 530 to guarantee the best possible performance when associated with the twin-cylinder 560 as well as the entire kit available for this maxi-scooter, adapting perfectly to the original shutters and retaining the original filter box.

MHR Intake Horns are obtained from the mass of a block of quality ergal and their diameter has been designed to have a perfect passage of fuel reducing any roughness to a minimum. Through careful simulations carried out using cutting-edge software, the length was calculated to guarantee excellent fluid-dynamic performance and increase thrust at medium and full speeds in which the test bench noted an increase in power of two horses.

They attach to the original filter box using a threaded connection and close with an O-ring. Very simple to install and designed to resist corrosion and humidity for life, which are internal to the suction system, thanks to the anodizing treatment. Once installed, the 2 parts that compose them will be perfectly connected, reducing roughness beyond limits.

The final touch is the red finishing and the laser-engraved Malossi logo, like a signature. Because beauty matters too!
