The PB-CLC2 outer shell is made from a special Z compound of various resins and balanced by a lightweight inner lining that lowers the center of gravity.

The SZ-R VAS EVO offers optimal comfort on long rides, thanks to interior contact points that seamlessly cradle the rider's head. The interior is also fully adjustable and designed for use with glasses and speakers. Ventilation is provided by the same diffuser technology used on the flagship competition model, the RX-7V EVO, with the addition of an aerodynamic stabilizer.

The SZ-R VAS EVO comes with a Pinlock insert.
