To improve our most advanced control unit, we thought big, building on the goals achieved so far. This is how Force Master 3 was born, a futuristic control unit both in terms of hardware and software.

LAMBDA MODULATOR

The scooter's original control unit analyzes the mixture and adjusts carburetion accordingly, normally interfacing with the lambda sensor installed on the exhaust pipe.

Force Master 3 intercepts the original sensor signal, sending to the primary control unit the values produced by a "virtual" lambda sensor and allowing dynamic and personalized mixture management at all times when the original system would be programmed to analyze the lambda sensor results.

It is now finally possible to manage the fuel mixture between the idle zone and the transition zone, that is, for all those engine speeds and conditions where lambda control would prevent any intervention.

Thanks to a more advanced circuit, the electrical disturbances normally present on the throttle position signal have been eliminated, allowing a more precise identification of its actual degree of opening and significantly improving response times, all to the benefit of engine performance and efficiency.

HARDWARE AND INTERFACE

With such refined hardware, it was essential to include a microprocessor with very high computing capacity, allowing Malossi technicians to introduce new software strategies and fully exploit the potential of Force Master 3.
