Red filter Malossi (throttle body) TMAX

Powerful and easy to install, the Malossi E19 air box changes the rules of the game and enriches the range of products dedicated to the intake of Japanese engines.

The air box is made of open-cell polyurethane foam on the outside and is reinforced on the inside by a metal mesh. The filter element has a thickness of 15 mm, is self-extinguishing and offers a large storage capacity. The interior grid, for its part, ensures the shape and dimensional stability of the filter itself.

The intake elements are integrated by a satin aluminum support attached to the sleeves of the elements themselves. Thanks to this particular structure, an intake angle of 180° is made possible, which ensures a significant supply of fresh air to the engine. On the support are the connections for the temperature sensor, for the evacuation of oil vapors and for the air supply at idle.

The assembly and maintenance of the E19 is truly innovative: the entire structure of this filter is fixed with just 2 screws and can be removed even with the shroud in place. The filter element has a bright red color against which the yellow Malossi logo stands out. It is based on a compact structure based on red polyurethane; it almost looks like the red beating heart of your TMAX.
