The camshaft is the most important part of the 4-stroke engine in terms of its timing.

The camshafts are responsible for managing the opening and closing of both the intake valves for supplying the combustion chamber and the opening and closing of the exhaust valves for the evacuation of burnt gases.

The Malossi Double Power Cams have been developed to achieve an optimal and progressive power increase if fitted to the original cylinder or an exponential one if fitted to the Malossi 560cc twin cylinder.

Malossi has considered both carbureted and injection vehicles: each model, first or second series, can boast a significant power gain if fitted with the Malossi Double Power Cam.

The industrial production process scrupulously followed the specifications imposed by the technical department.

From the choice of materials through the use of the latest generation of very high precision CNC, to thermochemical treatments and finally, to adjustment and assembly tests.
