Puig’s new range of D12 winglets for the TMAX 560 was designed with a clear objective: to put aerodynamics first. These side winglets were developed to deliver maximum aerodynamic performance on high-performance motorcycles.

The innovative twin-wing design, with differentiated surfaces separated by a side winglet, channels airflow upward, generating greater downforce without compromising the overall aerodynamic coefficient. The angle of the surfaces has been carefully studied to provide the optimal balance between performance and stability.

Thanks to this configuration, an aerodynamic load of up to 4.4 kg is achieved on the front axle, resulting in an anti-wheelie effect, greater high-speed stability (anti-shimmie), improved braking efficiency, and more stable handling during changes of direction.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, these winglets combine advanced engineering with racing-inspired design. They are made from 4 mm-thick CN acrylic with rounded edges for greater safety and are attached using 2 mm metal brackets with a textured black finish.
