Return/Refund Policy

Items purchased from TMAXPERFORMANCE can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try the product and review it as you would if you were buying something in a physical store.

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it
and must not be damaged in any way. You are authorized to remove the product from its packaging, without damaging it, unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know by completing the returns form on our website.

Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of your return notification.

Processing your return
After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin
to process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method (used
during the purchase). The refund will be made within 7 days.

You will have to cover the return costs yourself.
