Here is the machined sport counter pulley for performance, modified for the TMAX 530 and 560 by the Italian tuner Marvin Lab based on Malossi.
This reworked part allows the belt to drop further, thus improving performance.
Based on Malossi, the most advanced sport variation system on the market combining reliability and performance, the measurements were carefully studied and then refined on a dynamometer, pushing the public sport fixed face towards competition level.
The fixed face must be paired with its reworked variator so that the belt descends evenly. Otherwise, premature wear on one side of the belt may occur.
