BCD Design developed these ultra-thin TMAX caliper covers, which attach directly to your original caps to cover them completely and conceal the original color, without repainting or removing the caliper. Once installed, they give the caliper a deep, uniform black finish. A beautiful chamfer around the entire perimeter of the part and BCD laser engraving complete the design, creating a distinctly sporty and technical look. This is the ultimate TMAX accessory for those who finally want to eliminate the gold from the fork and calipers and unify the front end of their TMAX.

Made in France, these aluminum TMAX caliper covers are CNC-machined from high-quality aluminum, anodized black, and laser-engraved. This treatment ensures long-lasting durability: the finish does not flake and remains resistant to UV rays and the elements.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION:
Installation is within everyone’s reach. Simply place the supplied “star” (which matches the shape of the original cap) inside your vehicle’s cap, then hand-tighten the BCD caliper cover onto it: the integrated threadlocker-coated threaded rod fits into the star, allowing the part to expand and hold the assembly firmly in place.

Important: the assembly must be bonded using a temperature-resistant silicone adhesive. Without this bonding, heat variations, moisture, and vibrations encountered over thousands of miles could cause the part to loosen or even come off. This bonding ensures long-lasting and secure mounting.
