Powerful and easy to install, the Malossi E19 air box changes the game and expands the range of products dedicated to the intake of Japanese engines.

The air box is made of open-cell polyurethane foam on the outside and is reinforced inside with a metal mesh. The filter element is 15 mm thick, self-extinguishing, and offers a large storage capacity. The inner grid, meanwhile, ensures the shape and dimensional stability of the filter itself.

The intake elements are integrated by a satin aluminum bracket attached to the sleeves of the elements themselves. Thanks to this particular structure, a 180° intake angle is made possible, ensuring a significant supply of fresh air to the engine. On the bracket are the connectors for the temperature sensor, oil vapor evacuation, and idle air supply.

The installation and maintenance of the E19 are truly innovative: the entire structure of this filter is fixed with only 2 screws and can be removed even with the fairing in place. The filter element is bright red with the yellow Malossi logo standing out. It rests on a compact structure made of red polyurethane; it almost looks like the red beating heart of your TMAX.
