Designed and manufactured in France, the BCD Design air intake for Yamaha TMAX 560 was developed to address one of the main criticisms of the front face of the 2025 model: despite a clear improvement compared to the 2022-2024 versions, the front still looks visually too empty.

To fix this, BCD Design created its iconic air intake known as the famous “BCD mustache,” an iconic piece that has been part of the brand’s DNA for nearly 10 years, first introduced with the Yamaha TMAX 530 Phase 2 in 2015. It is positioned under the headlight to perfect the front’s aesthetics and enhance the sporty character of the TMAX.

Developed following numerous requests from our customers, this part fits the original TMAX 560 fairing lines with millimeter precision. Its integration is perfectly smooth and natural, extending the scooter’s lines without ever distorting them, for a powerful visual effect, balanced and decidedly premium.

The BCD front air intake for Yamaha Tmax combines an ABS plastic base with vents covered by an aluminum grille, painted with black epoxy, ensuring a flawless finish and excellent durability over time.

Offered only in glossy black, made of mass-colored PPMA, it provides a high-quality look, perfectly matching the premium aesthetic of the Yamaha TMAX 560.

EASY AND QUICK INSTALLATION:

The installation of the BCD Design air intake is simple and quick, requiring no special mechanical skills, but must be done carefully.

The attachment is done using two plastic rivets (included), requiring drilling two holes under the fairing. Two pre-glued clips on the part ensure secure holding on both sides of the assembly.

Estimated installation time: about 15 minutes.

⚠️ Warning: installation requires drilling the lower part of the fairing. The part can be removed later, but the two holes will remain visible under the fairing.
